Systems Call
We look at how leads reach you now and show you what we'd set up.
Usually 10–14 days
We build it
We build your website, messages and calendar from what you told us on the call. You give it a quick look before anything goes live.
1 hour
Launch Call
We turn it on together and show you how it works. After that, you work directly with Caleb.
Questions owners ask
Do you answer our leads for us?
No. We set up the messages that go out on their own and keep them working. When a homeowner replies, it comes to you, or whoever handles your leads, and you take it from there.
Will it text my customers things I wouldn't say?
You approve the messages once, before anything goes live. Change any word you want. After that they run on their own, with your name and your number, and every message shows up in the same thread you see.
When will I see results?
Some of it works the day we turn it on: the first call you miss gets a text back. Reviews take a few weeks, because jobs have to finish. And none of it works if nobody uses it.
What does it cost, and am I locked in?
$297 a month, or $2,970 a year (two months free). Monthly is month to month. To cancel, send us an email.
Is there anything on top of the monthly price?
Two small things. A one-time $300 setup fee covers building and launching your system. Texts, calls and email are pay-as-you-go at carrier rates, so a slow month costs less. The rates are on our Usage Rates page.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays on the trucks, signs and website. It keeps ringing the way it does now and can send texts on top of that. We confirm the details of your setup on the call.
Who owns the number, the customers and the history?
You do. If you leave, you keep your number, your website address, every contact and every conversation. We move the number and send you the rest that week.
I use JobTread or Buildertrend. Does this replace it?
No. They keep handling estimating, pricing and the job. We handle the customer-facing pieces around them: new inquiries, booking, reminders, estimate follow-up, reviews and past customers.
Is this one more thing to check?
It should be fewer. Leads show up in one place, already typed in. No more retyping, calling to confirm appointments, or keeping follow-up in your head. If it ends up being one more thing to check, we built it wrong.
I'm not a computer guy.
You don't need to be. You get a text when somebody books. We walk you, and anyone who helps you, through it on the Launch Call. And you can call us after.
I'm booked out, and most of my work is referrals. Why would I need this?
A referral still has to reach you, and every lead you paid for still has to get worked. Most leads written off as bad were just answered late. This makes sure the next step happens in your busiest month too.
What's it built on? Could I just buy that myself?
It runs on HighLevel, the same software over a million businesses use. You could buy it yourself, the way a homeowner could buy tile and grout and redo their own shower. The tile isn't the hard part. What's behind it is, the part that leaks later if it's wrong: texts that actually get delivered, follow-up that stops the moment someone replies, and every step from first call to five-star review connected so nothing falls through. We built and tested all of it in our own remodeling company, set it up around your shop, and keep it working.
Do you work with other remodelers in my area?
For the front-office system, yes. For paid ads, no: we run ads for one remodeler per trade in each service area.
