Plain version: this website does not ask you for anything. The only way we get your information here is if you book a call or send us a message, and then we use it to talk to you about working together. We don’t sell it.

Who we are

Upriver Systems, a DBA of Rich Holdings LLC — Spokane, Washington. We build websites and marketing systems for remodeling companies.

What this site collects

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track you across other websites. We cannot identify you from it.

Booking and contact. If you book a call or send a message, that form is provided by our scheduling and CRM software. What you type — typically your name, email, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business — is stored there so we can contact you and keep track of the conversation.

That’s it. This site has no advertising pixels, no session recording, no third-party trackers, and no cookies that require a consent banner.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and check the box agreeing to it, we may text you about the conversation you started — confirming a call, following up, or answering a question you asked. That consent is not a condition of buying anything, and we do not use it for anything you didn’t ask about.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing. Numbers are shared only with the service providers who send the messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

How we use it

To reply to you, hold the call you booked, and follow up about working together. If you become a client, to run the service you hired us for. We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else’s advertising.

We use service providers to operate the business — hosting, scheduling, CRM, email and phone. They process information on our behalf, under their own terms.

How long we keep it

As long as we have a business reason to, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Email us and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. If you have asked us to stop contacting you, we will.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this, we will update the date at the top.
